I build the data infrastructure that lets executives ask harder questions and get faster answers. Today that's GTM analytics at SonarSource as the first US-based hire on the data team. Before that, it was cutting same-store P&L generation from two days to two hours across 27,000+ properties at Amherst — and pulling 30% out of the BI license bill on the way through.
I came to BI from oilfield services and finance. That path is why I think about data the way I do: numbers exist to inform a decision someone has to make on Monday morning.

What I'm strongest at
- Building the warehouse + the dashboards on top. ETL/ELT in Python, Airflow, dbt; modeling in Snowflake / Postgres / SQL Server; surfacing it in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. End-to-end, not just one layer.
- Cleaning up after rapid growth. Pipelines stitched together to ship are not the pipelines that survive 10x scale. I've untangled both at Homeward (200% growth) and at Amherst (governance + cost reduction).
- Translating between executives and engineers. Most BI failures are translation failures. I ran the BI org at Amherst as the primary technical liaison between the C-suite and engineering.
- Making fewer dashboards. 300+ workbooks deleted, 40% faster refreshes, 30% lower license spend. The best dashboard is often the one you can throw away.
